In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of cold brew coffee.  

Stir in 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (paleo, keto, or vegan-friendly).

Pour in 1 cup of your preferred non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, or hemp).
